Upon purchase of credit from our virtual store at our website voice.epic.dm, you will be instantly notified of the transaction via email and/or text, and a record of the transaction will also be sent to your account.

Customers have 48 hours after completion of the transaction to make claims on invalid transactions, thereafter, Customers will be unable to qualify for any form of reimbursement. However, once the notified amount (credit) from the account has not been tampered with Customers will then be qualified for reimbursement.

Subsequent to submitting an online ticket, or verifying with an EPIC Voice Customer Service representative, an immediate notification on the status of your application will be provided after a review.
